At Pocket Watch Store, we pride ourselves on supplying our customers with an elegant selection of high-quality pocket watches from around the world.

We source our watches from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia, which allows us to offer wholesale prices, with an often changing variety with the highest quality materials and Design. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, please allow for up to 2 - 3 weeks for any items that may ship from international warehouses.

  • How long is order processing?
    • Orders are processed within 1-3 days. That means it will take 1-3 days to get your item out the door.
    • If you would like to cancel your order, you MUST email within 24 hours of ordering. If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
  • How long does it take for an order to arrive? 
    • Normally orders take 2-3 weeks. 
    • Watches, which are marked with 'Fast Delivery' will be sent out within 24 hours from our warehouse in the UK.

  • Can I have a tracking number? 
    • After you placed your order, you'll get a mail with the process status and tracking number.
    • You can use our 'Track My Order' service to keep an eye on your parcel
  • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
    • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
  • What is your refund policy? 
    • If your item does not arrive in the specified time, we will resend your order.
    • If your item arrives damaged for whatever reason, we will resend you a new product.
    • If you receive the wrong item, we will send you out the correct item!
    • Please note: refunds/returns are not provided due to customer error. Example: incorrect shipping address, not reading sizes of products, etc.
